A deposit equal to 1/3 of the total stay is required.

Full board does not include lunch on the day of arrival.
For stays longer than 7 days, a discount of €15.00 is applied, and for stays longer than 10 days, a discount of €30.00 is applied.
Cancellation Policy:
Up to 7 days before: 50% of the amount will be charged.
Up to 3 days before: 100% of the amount will be charged.
It is important to know before booking: The deposit payment is always refunded in the form of a voucher, redeemable at any time of the year except July, August, December, and January. In the case of a positive COVID test, the penalty still applies, but it will be refunded through a voucher and not by cancellation.
Important Conditions to Know:
If the room is vacated after the check-out time (10:00 AM), the hotel may apply a penalty of 25% of the base room price and 100% if vacated after 11:30 AM.
For thefts and damages, penalties equal to the full amount of the stolen or damaged item and an additional 25% penalty will be applied.
For calls made between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM, a fee of €50 per call will be charged.
Changes to meal plans (breakfast, half board, full board) may incur additional charges based on the cost of the meal.
Various costs are payable on-site or no later than 7 days after the check-out date.
Wellness Center:
The stay prices include access to the wellness center with the use of the pool during opening hours, saunas, Turkish bath, and heated waterbeds. Bathrobes and towels are provided by the hotel at the guest’s discretion.
NOTICE! For children under 16, access to the pool is allowed in the morning from 10:00 AM to 12:00/12:30 PM.
On Mondays during the autumn and spring months, the wellness center is closed.
